maiores amplitudes do per{\'{\i}}odo analisado, com m{\'a}ximos
de 800 W/mē. Por outro lado, os dias de chuva apresentaram as
                         menores amplitudes de balan{\c{c}}o radiativo (at{\'e} 60%
menores). ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to analyze the impact
of the clouds and the precipitation in the radiation budget. For
this purpose, meteorological and flux datasets from CHUVA
Experiment Vale do Paraiba were used to characterize the weather
conditions and the diurnal cycle of the surface fluxes. In
general, under clear sky conditions or even in absence of
precipitation, the diurnal cycle of the surface radiation budget
showed the highest amplitudes in the analyzed period, with maximum
values of 800 W/mē. On the other hand, the rainy days showed
shorter amplitudes of surface radiation budget (up to 60%
                         lower).",
